Does anyone know what code U0076 means? Just bought a new LX3310 and I was installing lights on it. Now it has a red light on and that code. It only has one hour on it

I don't have a wsm in front of me but almost all of the U codes for Kubota have to deal with communication issues between various sensors and the ecu.
When you installed the lights, did you have to tap in to any existing wiring at all?
