Does anyone know if the battery can be charged via the cigarette lighter? My Polaris RZR maintains the battery through the cigarette lighter and its very convenient. Anyone know?

I would put a battery charger on it at all!
No matter where you hook it up.
That is an electronically controlled tractor with issues already know in the ECU's to be very easily damaged from voltage abnormalities.
Pull the battery and have it tested if it doesn't pass replace it.

FYI: THe ECU is $2500 minimum then there is also the cost to reprogram it.

I would look at my manual and verify with the dealer. I use battery connected Battery Tenders on most of my vehicles to improve battery life. I don’t have a L3560.

I wouldn’t connect it through the power outlet. It’s a long way from there to the battery and involves lots of circuits.

After seeing all the pricey problems that some models have, haul it to dealer ,let THEM do it !
That way when THEY fry the $2500 ECU, THEY have to replace it, for free.
