Category 1 Upper Hitch Mount Specification Standards?

Hello. I've researched but cannot find if there are standards for the upper pin mount--specifically inner and outer measurements. I've found tons of standard references for pin sizes and numerous other data points but not this.

I'm asking b/c my pin does not go through this implement far enough--see pics.

There is no standard length, just get a longer pin from a tractor supply or internet.

3/4" bolts, 5" long with nyloks work real good......
