cab ventilation system for m8540 tractor

my blower in the cab of tractor is very noisy, comes from back of chair at in intake, and not blowing much heat, how is the best way to check for the system being clogged? think some mice may have nested in system.

The blower should be under the seat.
I think you can access it through the plate in front of the seat.

Have you checked/cleaned both the fresh air filter(top outside LH rear cab post) and the recirculation filter behind the seat???
