BX2670 - 50 hour service

I intend on doing my own 50-hour service next month and in addition to the parts below, I plan on putting a diesel stabilizer and a fuel tank in.

Here are the parts that I was quoted by my dealer as a 50-hour service parts list:

Engine oil filter 11.32
Two fuel filters 15.98
Hyd oil filter 13.17
1 Gal 15w40 20.92
2 qts udt hyd oil 10.96


I don't remember reading about changing the fuel filter at 50-hours in the manual, but I may have missed it. Any advice? Also, are those prices decent?
