Bx2660 won’t shut off

My bx2660 won’t shut off.I checked fuse it’s good.no power going to the solenoid from key or if i have pto engaged and get off seat.It also intermittently loses power white smoke and loses rpm when mowingAny help is appreciated 2 weeks just to look at it and I can’t be without it for over 2 weeks with the way lawns growing.
