bx25 loader help

I did an oil change and service on the bx25 and had the loader off.
now that it is reconected and working the stick settings are different.
it used to be < to lift, > to dump but now it is <to dump,> to dump and >>past the detent to lift, why? and how do i get it back to the old way

I believe you have your hoses out of order. Look at manual for your loader. They were originally color coded
