Hello all! I finally fixed m PTO lever issue, so now on to the next one. This one isn't too big of a deal, but I know it isn't as designed so I want to fix it.

In order to start my tractor, I have to pull the throttle back until I hear a click. If I turn the tractor off, it will start right back up without pulling the throttle for a few moments but then I hear a click. After I hear this click I have to pull the throttle back to hear the click again in order to restart. Any ideas? Again it doesn't seem to be a big deal, but I would rather have it function normally as designed.

Thanks!

I am not sure I am following the problem you are describing. It may be the the fuel shutoff solenoid is sticking. Mine sometimes sticks and I have to move the throttle to about half and then back to minimum to get the solenoid to release so the tractor will start. If you open the hood and locate the throttle linkage and the solenoid you can manually operate the solenoid to see if it sticks. When I do my 200 hour maintenance in a few weeks I plan to clean and lubricate the mechanism.
