Hello all,
I have a BX 2380 I bought in 2021, with about 150 hrs on it now. This summer I also bought a Z751 and have been using that to mow over my BX. Ive also left the mower deck off the BX and left the loader connected. Previously it would be disconnected weekly to mow. A few weeks ago I decided to reconnect the mower deck, and upon trying to curl my bucket to raise the front wheels the blue hydro line started spewing out Super UDT2 fluid.
Of course I figured this was the leak everyone talks about with the quick connect, so I ordered individual flat faced couplers and fittings, I had watched a youtube video that outlined the exact fittings I would need. Once I installed all four and hooked them up, the blue fitting was still leaking fluid.
I then tried to tighten down the hydro line fittings on the tractor, just in case they were loose. All four seemed plenty tight. I then reinstalled the couplers and found that the blue fitting still leaks.
I then went back and attached the quick connect, and attempted to tighten down the all key bolt on the side just in case it was a bit loose and wasnt keeping the connections tight. It did seem to be a tiny bit loose but once I reinstalled it and curled my bucket down the blue fitting again was spewing out Super UDT2 fluid.
I am now at a loss on what else to do, I would really like to try and fix this issue myself before I load it up and take it to my local dealer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
