I have an awesome BX2370 I have had for 11 years. (650 hrs)
I use it year round, mowing, fertilizing, snow blowing, landscaping , tilling, tree and brush clearing, it has been trouble free and a real workhorse!
A few days ago, I experienced my first major failure. Pictures show the carnage.
I found a replacement (aftermarket) cylinder, and working on replacing.
So far, I had to purge the loader hydraulic lines, drain the hydraulic fluid, replace the hydraulic filter, replace two of the hose fittings, replaced the bucket cylinder (bison hydraulics), clean the transmission screen.
Then I had the pleasure of flushing the hydraulic system with new hydraulic fluid, and filter…run at low rpm’s while working loader slowly full up and down a half dozen times, then drain and discard fluid and filter again and recheck transmission screen, refill again and install another new filter.
Fingers crossed I got all the debris out.
