Trying to locate ALL of the safety switches as it will not turn over via the key switch which I have replaced. I have HOT WIRED it so I could use it until I am able to find the problem.

What exactly have you "hot wired" to get it to run?
I would look at PTO .......you dont have to be on the seat to start, correct? But the pto can be a PITA .......
I wired a momentary switch to the starter from the battery to the starter while the key is in the on position. When cold move switch to start position to heat up glow plug. Have another momentary switch going to the stop solenoid as it quit working as well.
