Bx23 Violent start up

Have a 2020 bx23 and it has 135hrs on it. On cold starts it starts VIOLENTLY!! Almost like it's gonna break the motor mounts. When it warms up its definitely not as bad. Anyone else have this issue? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!!

Glow plugs working?
Fuel clean and system bled (no air leaks?)

How cold is it where you are? Do you see the Glow Plug light come on and then go off? If so do it twice before starting if it is that cold.

FWIW, I've always started my 2018 BX23S, now with 910+ hrs this way....
regardless of the season or temperature unless the engine is still warm

turn key on
turn on 4way/hazards
turn key to glow plug
count 4 '4way flashes'
turn key to start

It always starts fairly smooth ( it is a 3 cyl diesel.....)

A diesel engine has very high compression, which is why it shakes on a cold start up and at shut down. As instructed, use the glow plugs. It's how it's designed.
