Hey, all - looking for some help.

First, this site has been a huge help in getting me familiar with our first Kubota after our ~30 year old Power King finally gave up the ghost.

Last weekend we bought a new BX2370 with FEL and MMM. Needed to mow the a hill and took off the FEL. No problem with removal.

Went to put the FEL back on and the white quick connect wouldn't reattach properly but all others were ok. Took a look around this site and picked up a few points. Thought I had all the QC on correctly and cycled the joy stick. The white line disconnected at the QC.

Now the lift cylinders are out if phase. The left piston extends significantly farther than the right. I bled both the white and yellow lines at the cross over connection with no joy. Moreover, the white QC will still not connect properly.

Two questions:
1) Any additional tips on getting the QC to connect?
2) What is the method to get the cylinders back in phase

Hopefully the attached pix help explain the situation.

There is pressure in the system. Either the hydraulic oil has warmed up or you didn't relieve all the pressure when you disconnected the hoses.
Take the female end of the QC. Using a wood dowel or small drill bit. Put the dowel/drill bit on the dimple in the female QC. Place a rag around the dowel/drill bit and the QC. Use a small hammer and tap that dimple in the QC. You will get a small squirt of hydraulic oil out of the QC.
The rag is to keep any oil from squirting into your eyes or on you.
Hope this helps.:)

Beckmurph - thanks for the idea. Tried as suggested and sure enough relieved pressure from the line. Unfortunately the QC will still not attach properly.

Possibly need to relieve pressure on all circuits, tractor off and move lever to bleed off pressure. Same on loader, cant be any pressure on either side.once properly connected give hose a yank, it shouldnt pull off. Then start tractor and cycle hydraulics. They will re center.

Yes you need to get the pressure off both sides of the quick connecter,
On the loader side it is easy as pushing the pin in, or loosening the fitting on the QC to relieve the pressure.
On the tractor side, with the tractor turned off, move the loader control several times in every direction.
As far as the cylinder being in sync, the arms are not connected to the tractor yet are they?
Just push on the long side and they will line back up for you to be able to connect the arms to the tractor.

Thanks, Tooljunkie. Will try as recommended and report back.

NIW,you are correct, the arms are not connected. Will try pushing on long side to get close to being in synch. I assume (always dangerous) the long side FEL line should be disconnected/loose in order to relieve pressure while pushing? Thanks for the advise.

Thanks to all who responded. All is "almost" back to normal but the FEL is working and back in synch.

The root cause of the problem is the white male connector at the FEL remote. I moved the white line to the other connectors and it connected fine. So, took off the white male connector at the FEL and tried to attach the QC. It was VERY difficult to install but with some persuasion it connected. Problem is it will not release.

Removed the white line from the protective sleeve and threaded the line with the QC attached to the FEL remote then ran the line back to the junction on the FEL arm.

Will need to contact selling dealer on Monday to determine how to warranty the male QC connector or replace the entire ~18" line so Kubota engineers can do some root cause analysis (that's my 7-5 gig for the company that produces CVT for Nissan).

Again, thank you all for your help, much appreciated.

*UPDATE*
Took off the white hose assembly and carried it to the Kubota dealer where they replaced the male end and QC. Once those components were replaced the QC functioned properly.

Thank you all for your help, much appreciated.
