I just bought my first tractor, a used 2005 BX2230. It was missing the u-joint between the 2 drive shafts for the front axle. I installed a factory u-joint this afternoon and it seemed to work fine until I went over some rough terrain at which time there was enough flex to allow the front drive line to slide out of the u-joint. I re-installed the drive axle into the u-joint and had the same thing happen a little while later.
Any help would be appreciated. From what I see, the drive assembly seems to match my diagram.
