BX2200 safety switches

My BX2200 starter doesn't operate. There is power from the starter key switch. Heater and ignition lights show. I suspect a safety switch. I have found and checked the one on the high low lever, but can't find the second one. Any guidance please?

PTO must be off, directional pedal must be centered, gear selector must be in neutral. These are the three safety switches on my BX 2200…

Turn the key to start and move each, one at a time and see what happens.

Thanks found a faulty safety switch on PTO lever.
