BX2200 Air Filter Band rplacement

When replacing the Air Filter band on a BX2200 do the two bottom bolts and the tightening bolt on the top need Loctite?

I would not use Loctite....it will make the bolts harder to remove when that bracket breaks again....and it will. Ask me how I know. Just buy a large SS hose clamp and Gorilla tape and be done with it.
