So, after thinking about fixing this for a while, I did the deed.
Well...sorta.
I began by wiring all of my add-on lights with quick release connectors so I can remove the body of the BX. After that, I followed the manual as much as possible. I thankfully realized that you do not have to disassemble all of the pump and control body that is listed in the procedure. I guess it is listed for each thing you need to repair. So, I stripped the frame away and exposed the pump. Six bolts later, I had the lift cylinder body off and I was off to the work bench to pop the cylinder out. One hint, you do not need a lot of air pressure to remove the cylinder as described in the WSM, but you do need to crank open the drop speed control knob a bit to allow the air to flow. (just an FYI)

Once I had the cylinder out, look at what I found. Oring split through, and 40% of the back-up ring gone. Well, there's the problem!!

Opened the package that Kubota sent me, and I have the o-Ring and some 1.5" o-ring. Not exactly the right part, so now Monday I will have to order the backup o-ring and then start reassembly (with a good power washing once it is a sealed rolling chassis again before putting on the body).

Not all that bad of a project, but a bit time consuming.
