BX1800 bulb help 1096

Ok so one of the lights on the ROPS on my bx1800 is out. I pulled it and it's a #1096, web search= nothing but non auto lights. I checked Messicks and all they sell is the entire assembly for $20+, all I need is the bulb but I can't find it. The non auto lights have a weird halo like round thing above the base and I just don't think they will hold up to the environment an auto bulb is meant to.

Take the bulb to an auto parts store and ask them to match it.

Will do I tried the other day and I didn't see anything, I'll try another spot.

I'm hoping someone has a cross freference.

Seems my eyes aren't as good as they used to be, I've got one 1075 on one side and a 1076 on the other. Seems the 1076 is available online so I'll go that route. Thanks fellas.

lay a tape measure next to the bulb and snap a few.

I had the same situation this past weekend. I had one of those cheap bulbs that go in the rear of a temp gauge go out....didn't know what the size is called....did some measuring and then found them!
