My BX1500 with 300 hours is blowing hydraulic filters, the first time I was getting ready to push snow with the rear blade. I replaced the filter and fluids after that incident.

A couple of weeks later I pushed snow for about 3 hours with no issues. Yesteday I started it up to move it from my garage to the outside and I manipulated the rear blade and the filter blew again. I have checked the relief valve by the hydraulic filter and it looks good.

I need help figuring out what could be causing this to happen. I went by my Kubota dealer to get a couple of more hydraulic filters and and they directed me to do what I had already done. Next step they recommend is taking it in and hope that the problem reoccurs while they have it in the shop, all at a cost of 700 for a day of troubleshooting, ugh.

Any ideas on what I can try next??

The filter is supposed to be on the low pressure side of the system. Sounds like you have a sticky check valve in the pump or somehow high pressure is reaching the low pressure side.

Is it blowing out past the rubber gasket for the filter or right through the metal part of the filter? If it's at the gasket, any chance you have 2 gaskets stacked up together?

Is the oil clean? Maybe plugging up the filter and building excess pressure?

The double gasket was my first thought too - sometimes the gasket will stay on the block/housing and not easily seen - please answer where the leak is exactly - if the leak is through the metal housing , well you got a hellva problem, if leaking around the seal from block to filter - then I feel that you can fix that fairly easily.:)

Not sure how similar the BX1500 is to the BX2200 but I'd be looking at the PTO relief valve, charge relief valve, and lastly the forward and reverse high pressure relief valves.

That is if there isn't a sealing issue at the filter.
