The loader valve lock on the BX23S is difficult to release, and apply. I sprayed the shaft with a penetrating oil, but it still is difficult to unlock. Is this from lack of use, or is it part of the valve an possibly defective. Tractor has 90 hours on the clock.

I have used mine a couple times, it’s very stiff. I have 103hrs now and I stopped trying to use it at around 70ish. I don’t really need it as no one is ever playing on my machine, but I did engage it when I was leaving my loader off the ground and wasn’t going to be in the seat.
