They were around $100 each, got them at Crawford Tire in Marshfield, he offered to have them filled with foam, but would have to send them to somewhere in Springfield, and they had to let them set for 24 hours after filling, so I'd be out of them for probably 2 days ... Which wouldn't work with my schedule ... So I had him put that tire seal in ...

They had the size molded into the tread, which took over 300 hours to finally wear away! They are definitely some tough rubber!

I got a pretty bad sidewall cut in one of them just after I got them, probably 3/16" deep, still holding up fine!

Thanks for that. When I need new tires next year I'll go there for those.
Purcell on commercial st foams tires, about $140 for both tires
I'm going to clean the foam off the first set of rims so I'll just need tires and foam next time. $250 vs $600, no downtime, not that it matters for me

After ice cut a hole in my front tire my 1st year owning my BX, I bought a set of R4’s for winter duties. No issues since. Would leave them on but my 54 inch belly mower will rub on the tires from what I have read. Going to see for myself how much it rubs this spring.

Hard to see in this picture, but in just the right light, and angle, I can just make out part of it still after 380 hours on these ...

The rocks do definitely cut them, I like that these 8 ply "rated" tires have that center thicker rib ...

Just shortly after I got these, I managed to cut the sidewall ... Still holding up!
