Bulltra B1-15 Hydraulic Lift

Hi,
I just bought a Bulltra B1-15 and it has the lift valve with solenoid valves however the control panel consisting of the knobs etc is not there.
Does anyone have a mechanical lift valve with the lever similar to the one in the photo attached please?

That machine is a very rare one here in North America - I have only seen it mentioned here a couple of times in the past 10 years.

Hopefully someone can help you.

Are you needed JUST the knob or more?
