I have a plow on my B7100. The lever that moves the plow side to side was broken off prior to me buying the tractor. Does anyone recognize this type of lever and where I could probably get one? I've perused several sites that have replacement hydraulic lever handles and can't find one that matches this one. I need that S hook-shaped piece also.

Ii have the same factory valve on my b7100. im sure others such as @D2Cat and @North Idaho Wolfmanwill chime in. However 'm pretty sure that valve is obsolete and even used parts are going to be very hard if not impossible to find. As others who still have the same valve such as myself are using them. Your best bet IMHO would be to replace it with a joystick type valve with single float detent or another 2 stick type with a single float detent . That's the route im going to go when/if mine breaks or otherwise becomes unusable. It is going to be quicker and probably the only option for you. Sites such as Surplus Center have a good selection, not sure of the exact specs you need but I'm almost positive you need a open center type valve and possibly a power beyond port

ISTR seeing that sort of linkage before but not a clue where. Valve have,a data plate on it? You couldvprobably cobble up a DIY handle

I'm with Dan, probable have to fab something up. The "S" hook is just an anchor to rotate the lever off of so the piston moves, correct?

Might look at Surplus Center and something like item 9-12461 may be all you need ($120). Or spend more and get a joystick. 800-488-3407.
