David, I have no help for you. However, there are people on this board who know every tractor part and every implement bolt and nut and one of them will probably be able to help...with some additional info. It is not clear from your post what you are needing. Now that could be my own ignorance but generally, having a bit more information will elicit a response. Boot part #? No clue what you're talking about and I have an RCKB60 mower!
Have you tried searching Messicks.com? They have exploded diagrams that may be of help. Either way, I hope you get the problem resolved.
