black box with arrow over posts?

Anyone else getting this box on their display? It obscures most of a post and looks like it might be a link. Afraid to touch it in case it is a hack. It appears usually toward the end of a thread.

Sometimes it is solid black and sometimes pale grey. Getting very annoying.

It's my tablet, but turned all the way off and on, sort of a reboot. Seems gone at least for the moment. These bloody ads with the exception of the ford truck seem to feed on previous browsing history. Good thing I haven't looked for anything more interesting than parkas.
