I recently purchased a BH77 for my L3901. I have 1 pine that barely takes grease. A few pumps and I can not get anymore in I took the zerk out it is good. I took the pin out and it appear that when I grease it that grease comes out of the little hole in the center. I can not get grease down to the far end. I s the hole supposed to gall all the way and another hole drilled in the far end. My dealer is clueless and dosen't want to get me a new pin. Has anyone else had this issue

I have not had that issue on mine, but I have a zerk that is a pain on my zero turn mower that does not want to take grease easily. I assume the joint is just tight on my mower and maybe that is your issue.

Have you tried to grease the pin with the backhoe articulated in a different position? Sometimes that can help.

There is a known issue with some of them (mostly lower) being painted over from the factory initially, but you indicate the zerk is not the problem.

I would try a different position per above or perhaps resting in down to take the weight off if it is one out on the arm. Which position is it that is a problem?
