I’m sure this is a common problem and asked a lot. I have inherited my father 8200. I’m trying to get it all up and running. One issue I’m facing is that the FEL is super slow to raise and the bucket is even slower when tilting back. Can anyone help. TIA

Not certain if this is your problem or not, but on my neighbors B9200 I fixed it by adjusting the stop screws for the joystick controller.
Over the years the linkages had a fair degree of wear and play, so the movement of the joystick didn't translate in moving the spool valves as far. Adjusted the joy stick stop screws (bolt with nut to lock adjustment in place). Adjust so the joystick has more movement and see if that helps.
Note: Joy stick stop screw is my definition. If you look near the base of the joy stick there are bolts that limit the amount of movement. The illustrated parts drawings are rather crude or I would have posted picture.

It would help if you state what loader you have on it, as there are 2 different types of stock loaders that the tractor might have used.
Also what exact model of B8200 is it, as there are several variations, Serial number of the tractor or loader would really help get you exact answers.
Possible off the cuff answers:
Low on fluid
Clogged suction filter
FEL spool valve issues
Damage to the pump
Relief valve issues
Three point maladjustment of linkage.
Leaking suction line (air intrusion).
Damage to cylinder seals.

Sorry she’s a D model diesel 4x4 and the FEL is a BF300

How is the fluid level and fluid condition.
When was the last fluid change?
Was the suction screen pulled out and cleaned when fluid was changed?
the fluid level actually looks great condition looks new nice and clear.
Not sure on the last change, as well as screen.
so i will drain it all and clean it out this weekend.
any specific hydraulic fluid it takes.
Do i have to fill it by that teeeenyyy tinnnyyyy fluid check hole, since thats the only one i can see.
