when checking the hyd. fluid should the 3 point hitch in the back be up or down and going to replace the cylinder head should i get new head bolts is there any thing i should watch for when replacing the head any info will be helpful

Haven't had anyone ask me that question before. Small bore and short stroke so really won't make much difference but down there will be little to no fluid in the cylinder. Head bolts are fine to reuse as long as they are in good shape.

Three point doesn't matter.
head bolts are reusable, unless damaged.
Use an OEM head gasket and OEM Oil pipe O-ring.
Use new glow plugs.
Use new injector seals
Use new valve cover gasket, and valve cover copper seals.
Run the valves, three time to make sure they are in spec.
