Going to try this again .. Is there anyone here that can help with my 3 pt hydraulic issues

I have removed and cleaned the hyd. pump, diverter valve and 3 pt control and I still do not get any lift on my 3 pt. The only issues that I found in doing this cleaning was what looked like congealed hyd oil in the 3 pt control box.

Previously after replacing the main filter I did get an active 3 pt lift but it raised automatically. I then adjusted the control arm to stop this action shut off the tractor restarted it and no nothing

any help is appreciated

Have you confirmed that your getting fluid flowing to the control?

Yes I get flow when I crack the larger "plug" on the top ... I don't have a pressure gauge to check the pressure itself. I have disconnected the feed back arm and that didn't make any difference. I know the cross arm in the front section is connected since moving the lift arm does move the feedback arm/lever. There is a separate arm in the front section that is not used and does move a separate plunger but it should be in the closed position.

I replaced the o rings as found but that didn't help either. Could it be a plugged feedback passage to the mail lift cylinder ? Also the vent on the top rear appears to be open so it doesn't seem to be hydro locked. like I said before it worked when I put the hyd pump back on initially but after I reset the pump mounting ( it was cocked a little ) and changed the motor oil and antifreeze I lost the hydraulic pressure.

Any ideas ?

When you cleaned the control box, did you make any adjustments to the relief valves or the nut on the push rod?

Did you check to ensure the spool drive lever was connected? It is tricky when you re-assembly. If it is connected, the feedback arm should move when you move the control lever. The WSM has a good discussion.

I have an extra WSM if interested.

When cleaning the control box I removed the spool by removing one screw and sliding the entire valve out. I did not change the nut since I didnt want to disturb the factory settings. In regards to the feedback arm yes it seems to be connected since moving the lift arm seems to move the feedback lever as if they are connected.
I did purchase a WSM also and have ordered a hydraulic pressure gauge

correction the valve assembly i removed was on the hyd section that is not connected to an arm the one connected to the cross arm was not removed since it seemed to be operating smotthly. Also prior to reassembly I did soak the complete assembly in a parts cleaning tank and then ran fluid though all of the openings and ports

With the issues you have I would say you have something going on in the control that is out adjustment, plugged or broken.
I would wait till you get a gauge and test the system pressures as that will tell you quite a bit, and give you a direction to go.

Does moving the three point control change the engine sound at all?

engine doesnt change at all .. with the feed back arm off if I lift the lift arm to full lift and hit the feedback arm on the 3 pt control box it pushed the lift arm down completely one other thing is that when raising the 3 pt arms manually i hear a clink sound .. what is the connection thread to attach the hyd gauge ?

To post a picture. I put my pictures on my hard drive, so that's the only advise I can give.

Just post your thread reply as you normally do. When finished go to the top of where you are writing and see a big A that is underlined, then look over to the right to the paper clip. Click on the paperclip, left click the paperclip. At the window that pops up click on "BROWSE" and then go to your pictures and select the ones you choose for all to see. Then click the UPLOAD box. You can repeat this BROWSE and UPLOAD 5 times for each post.
