My B7300 loader joy stick 'catches' when it's pushed forward to lower the bucket. All the other positions seem to be operating normally and it goes down slowly when you first push it forward than after you jamb it past the spot where it catches it goes down normal speed. Any words of wisdom? I'm right in the midst of a big project with it and would like to make it easier and more user friendly. Thanks

Sounds like that is the float position where there is no holding it any up-down position. Usually that is where your control found it.

It's called a detent, it's used to float the loader bucket.
Don't push it so far forward. ;)

Float, it's so you don't gouge the ground under your material.
