Hello and thanks for allowing me to join this site.
I Just finished fabricating my loader mount for my B7200D manual shift 4x4. I picked up a JD model 40 loader and customized the mounts to fit the loader. I purchased a two spool FEL valve with power beyond. This tractor has a flow valve with two additional ports that allows you to redirect the oil going to the 3 point to the FEL valve. Would anyone know the actual way to connect this? I know the pressure side (right port ) of the valve block feed the FEL valve but where does the return line and power beyond hook up?? Is there an extra port at the diff housing/ hydraulic tank to hook up a return line? Power beyond is not going to be used right now so where does that pressure line hook up?
Any help would be appreciated. I originally had it hooked up wrong and now have a blown ring seal at the pump. Hydraulic fluid now getting into my crankcase. Loader was working great but then noticed blow by and excess oil on the dipstick.

I just installed a loader on my b6100, i assume it is similar. I have the supply (pressure line) from the divertor valve (under the seat) going to the hyd valve block and the return from the block goes into the transmission vent cap port.

If you connect this way you do not use the power beyond port.

The divertor valve allows you to use the 3pt or the FEL, only one in use at a time. When you are using the FEL you need to pull the 3pt lever back to allow flow through the divertor valve. I use a bungee to hold it when i am doing alot of loader work.

I also just finished plumbing a "loader Valve" to my B7200 hydrostatic tractor.

The Hydraulic tap is a -6 BSPP British Parallel Pipe. (not common). They need a sealing O-ring.
I went with -8 JIC on the other end, for both the feed and power beyond "return" to that tap to continue flow to the 3pt lift.
I bent up 1/2 inch steel lines between the tap and directional control valve.
Don't forget to shift the flow direction lever.

A third line to "TANK", needs to exit from what ever loader valve you are using. That is commonly returned to the transmission fill port on the B7200 that is just under the front edge of the seat. Kubota lists one in thier parts offerings, but it is a bit spendy. I used a 3/8th NPT "TEE" and -6 JIC male flare to hard steel lines.

I just re-read your post. There is NO OPTION but to use the PB port of what ever loader valve you have choosen. The PB goes BACK to the rearmost port on the tractor hydraulic tap.
If your loader valve is not configured for power beyond, IT WILL NOT WORK! and will blow pumps as fast as they can be fitted.!

More home work is needed on your part!.

From the front block take out the 2 side plugs, that will be Power out (pressure) and PB (pressure return) and the third line is the tank port and that will need to be piped to the reservoir via the fill port.
The three point uses the PB from the loader valve and this is also the path to the tractors relief valve.

I hope the valve you bought has a pressure relief valve built into it or your going to continue to have issues with it blowing pump seals even after you hook it up right.
