Does anyone know if there is a reasonbly quick / simple way to check if your wonderful Orange tractor's hydraulic system is performing (putting out) what could be called a reasonble pressure. I think my B7200 is putting out, but would like to know if it is doing so at an acceptable level.

Thanks

Hi,
You need at least a 3000# pressure guage. Remove one of the quick couplers on your loader and plumb it in there, operate appropriate function on loader valve and read the pressure. IF you tee the pressure guage into the lift side of your main cylinders you can read the pressure required to lift the loader and its contents. you could use it as a weigh scale if you wanted to. some of our customers do that to weigh hay bales. (maybe more information than you really needed! LOL):D

eserv,

Thanks for your suggestions. Does this newby want to undertake cutting in the pressure guage, or would i be better off having the local Kubota dealer, or some experienced mechanic??

Thanks again!!

Hi Fred,
Just reviewing some of the older messages and found yours.
I see a photo of your B7200 with a backhoe. I was told that you could not mount a backhoe on this model. Is your backhoe a Kubota or an after market. I would appreciate any mounting info that you can provide to mount a backhoe on my B7200HST.
Thanks, Ron
