B7200 FEL wont go up

Just got done plowing and cleaning up and FEL won't go up now...
last thing I did was engage rear PTO to lower backhoe (woods 650) arms to clean snow off, then raised them...when I went to raise FEL bucket to clean that it wouldn't....Bucket does curl both ways...
any help would be appreciated

Try unhooking the four couplers, cleaning them and then reconnecting them. This cures 90% of the "my FEL won't XXX" problems.
