Hi can anyone kindly help identify this model of backhoe on our recently purchased B7100D. We have spent a fair amount of time looking on the internet but so far drawn a blank. It does have a Kubota sticker on it albeit washed out. Any ideas or leads to follow gratefully received. Thank you.

Not sure what it is, but it is definitely not a B670, the one most usually found on a B7100.

The loader has a Brantley Manufacturing label, Oklahoma.
A google search shows Brantley, 51 years ago made loaders and backhoes for small tractors.
There is a Facebook Group for Brantley stuff at this link
Brantley
Companies often made implements for tractor companies and painted and labelled them to match.
This backhoe looks like yours. People in the Facebook group may have a lot more info.

Well, i can tell you i like it a lot more than the B670 im used to just by the greater size! Having the reach makes for a better time operating. Plus, having the weight of the backhoe is kind of a ‘multiplier’ for the loader as well, because the weight adds a ton of traction for pushing the loader bucket into things, plus where the weight is located (COUNTERweight) reduces the steering effort of a loaded bucket greatly.

Congrats on finding that one, should be a cool little machine. 👍

Wow, that is a very thoroughly used tractor! Definitely looks like a K629.
