Very weird story.... I recently got this tractor.. when I brought it home that night 3 arm arm hitch would go up but it would drop slowly.... But after changing the fluid it will no longer drop...

Almost every tractor made with a rear three point lift has a knob or lever to adjust how fast the arms drop. This adjustment can be changed depending on how heavy of a implement you have on the back of the tractor. The knob or lever is many times found near the base of the seat.

Did you take the mower off the back? The 3 point is 1 way hydraulics, relying on gravity to lower it.

The adjustment for the three point drop speed is on the right side of the seat.
Go to kubotabooks.com and download the WSM and it will show and tell you how to adjust the drop speed. ;)
