As I clean up and service this (1977 I believe) B6000, I am noticing various things that need to be addressed. The fuel return lines are pretty ancient and i would like to replace those lines between the injectors as well as the line to tank. Have not probed line to see what is or if there are barbed connections - I am used to those hard plastic lines with banjo fittings on the German stuff. What are members using to replace these lines? Thank you!

On my older L185 the lines you describe are rubber and attach to barbs.

They were available from the dealer for reasonable costs and were cut to the proper length. They seemed to be a fairly thick wall and were very tight fitting on the barbs.

I replaced the spr clamps also with new from dealer also

If you don’t want to get them from dealer I recommend getting at least one s you know the correct size of tubing to buy. I don’t think you will save much money though and t dealer may sell it by the foot if you ask (I didn’t ask)
