B5200 3-pt. hitch wont stay up

I have a B5200 that until recently could sit for days and the hitch never dropped. Now if it sits a few hours without any attachments even being on the tractor the hitch drops all the way down. Any ideas on what to repair or replace? An o-ring perhaps? Thanks in advance. Great tractor, much more than I had expected from a compact of this size.

Thats a pretty common thing with most Kubota tractors. The 3pth seems to leak down on alot of tractors. Most members on here just seem to deal with it and not let it bother them. So far it doesnt sound like there's a no known fix for it.
