B5100E Wiring Question

Am I correctly identifying the part that I am holding as part of the wiring for a horn... I am in the process of figuring out the dashboard which is a combination of severe weathering and other wiring with loose ends (possibly the lights that are no longer on the tractor). This thing will fire right up when you bump the starter with a screwdriver... I want to get back to starting with the key... Wiring does not look to complicated to trace on this machine...

I would imagine my questions should start tapering off for a bit since my three primary issues are oil seals (answered), some water in the tranny (answered) and wiring...

Looking at the same diagram on my end - that should be past a 5 amp fuse and should have a color of BLUE/WHITE wire.

I take it that it was not held in place - rather just floating behind the dash?

Correct... just floating and my pic missed the other wire but does appear to be blue with white stripe.

So by testing the wires, one would be energized, blue/white would go to horn. By touching the 2 together,you should get a noise. That is, if horn works.
