Hello to all. Greetings from North/Central Minnesota. The lake I live on froze completely over 2 nights ago. New to the forum but have lurked for a while. Lots of great information here!

Having an issue with my loader curl function. Found a previous thread that addresses this issue, but I've not been able to identify any broken/worn parts. Usually there's a sense of relief when you start taking stuff apart and see the broken part because you think, OK, that's the issue..... Not this time

I removed the block and rod end, but the threads are good and everything seems intact.
What's happening is that when the Loader lever is moved, the flat rod attached to the valve that has a ring on the end (which the rod in question attaches to) will gradually slide off the pin mounted to the bottom of the box. For some reason that flat rod has lots of sideways play which is allowing is to come off the pin. Could the groove that the flat rod sits in have gotten worn so that it's too wide?

The first pic shows the flat rod where the ring end is about to come off the pin. The second pic shows the other end of the flat rod where it attaches to the valve and sits in the groove. I've tried wedging a small stick in that groove (pic2)to remove some of the slack and it helps but eventually the stick comes out from the movement. I'm not scared to replace parts and have had it apart and together 3 times now trying different things (shortening and lengthening the rod (part #030 from the diagrams of previous post), but I'm not sure what to replace.... Any and all ideas appreciated! Stay Warm!

There are illustrated parts lists here that might show you something that is missing.
Search for your loader model number and you can find these diagrams os the loader control lever.

I assume that a nut has fallen off or some retention pin is missing, but I don’t know enough about what your pictures show to spot it.

Thank you for the response Russell. I looked at the diagrams you sent. If the piece I'm referencing is actually a collar of some kind, it's missing. please see below. Thanks.

Russell, I called my dealer and with the help of your diagram they helped me determine the part number for that Bushing (020). It must have fallen out of the box so I didn't see that it had come off, but after scrutinizing the diagram that has to be the issue. $5.13 each so I ordered 2. The other one is easier to replace so I might as well do them both. Thank you for your help!!

You might also look down in the lower right hand corner of the diagram and notice the way there are pins #30 and clips #40 that could be missing? See yellow highlights below.

The way it seems to be held in place on the pin, I don’t see how it fell apart without some pin getting loose but maybe it is possible.

I tried to highlight the line in red as to how the bushing #20 is fit inside the lever part and put onto that round pin on the lever.
