B3030 wiring harness ground point?

Hi

My B3030 came with the larger of the rear two harness earth connection rings unattached. It is levitating about the right rear of the tractor close to the ROPS frame clamp. Can anyone describe it's rightful position?

Any chassis ground works.

Before you just bolt it to a ground, what color is the wire that the ring is crimped onto?
It may very well be for an option that is not installed.
