I acquired a B3000 (gray tractor), which has a bucket loader on the front and a backhoe attachment on the rear. Somone did a pretty good job putting this all together. The front end loader hydraulics as well as the backhoe are jointly supplied by one main tank. The front end loader however has a pump powered by a belt off the front of the motor. The backhoe is powered from the PTO shaft. Initially it seems I thought the 4wd system was working but during some earth moving the front wheel drive gave out leaving me with only rear wheel drive. My questions are
1) in 4wd mode should both rear wheels be driven?
2) power from the transmission is turning the shaft going to the front differential but no action to front wheels from there and it seems while elevated only the right rear wheel is driving.
I can't find a serial number the rocker cover appears to have factory paint and a label is painted over.
I'd just like some areas to begin investigating my issues.
Thanks.

You typed B3000 but your signature info says B6000. I don't think either are gray market, but could you give the full model number of the tractor, loader and backhoe? Maybe also some pictures.

The rear drive has a differential, so if one wheel loses traction it will spin. Most current tractors have a differential lock pedal to engage both wheels, but turning with it engaged is inhibited.

There are likely splined couplings in the front wheel drive shaft that may have failed.
