B2920 Mid-deck adjustment handle won't move....

The B2920 had a handle that adjusts the mid-deck cutting height. When not using the deck, you put it in the Top position so it wont lower when using the 3 point hitch. Now I can't get the handle to turn from the Top position. Tried raising and lowering the 3 point hitch lever multiple times, but still now go.
Anybody else have this issue and what did you do the remedy it? Thanks.

Not a 100% sure, but you probably need a rod link adjustment that will allow you to reach the TOP position on the dial. Check out this link. It may be applicable. The 17mm bolt is usually located above the left rear tire

BX 2360 deck lift question

I have read that you should be able to bring the deck to the fully raised position, and have it stay there even while lowering the 3 point lift. I have tried setting the deck adjust to the "TOP" position per the height adjustment knob, but the deck still goes down when I lower the 3 point. Am...

The lift rod that goes from the 3 point hitch to the mower has a turn buckle in the middle. It’s a long nut with a jam nut, numbers 60 and 70 in the attached diagram. Adjust that so the rod is lifting a little bit more taking tension off the adjusting knob.
