Hello Everyone,

I took my father's 2910 out the other day to clean some snow up, it has 850 hours and runs like new. The tractor is 15 years old now, it is still using the original battery! This is the only thing that has acted up so far...

The reverse pedal was sticking and I had to tap the forward pedal to return it to neutral. I realize that something is binding and at least needs a good lube job. Before I take a good look at it, I was wondering if anyone knows where I could obtain a digital copy of a service manual?

Any suggestions on how I should approach this problem? I've been busy and haven't had a chance to check it out but should get to it today or tomorrow.

Have you checked out: kubotabooks.com? I know they have an Operators and Parts manual. You might find another tractor service manual that is close.

Thanks Micky, I did check that out. I downloaded the parts manual but I'm looking for a service manual of some sort so I can double check that my father has been servicing everything. I'm sure he has, very meticulous with his equipment but he may have missed something. Who knows maybe the spring or what ever makes it return to center may be worn out or in need of adjustment, but honestly I really know nothing about it any more than how to drive it. :D I'm the type of guy that like to have some literature of what ever I'm working on to help educate myself about it.
