The 2650 weighs more, and has a bit larger rear tires - both good for traction. It has just a touch more HP at the PTO. The FEL has a bit more capacity, but that isn't very noticeable of a fairly light tractor - either one can put the tractor on its nose. The 2650 has a higher capacity on the 3 point hitch, as well. And it costs about 20% more new.
The 2620 has a two speed PTO, which can come in handy at times; like when you are mowing light grass and don't want to race the engine, or tilling and want a finer cut. Its mid-pto is optional - make sure it is there if you are buying used, and eventually want a mid-mount mower.

I was in a similar position last month. Overall the 2650 is a slightly bigger tractor with more features. The 2650 has position control which is nicer than the quarter inching valve. Also, the 2650 has slightly more torque and the same engine as the 2920. I'm assuming they detuned this to beat the emissions rulings for over 30hp engines. The 2650 performs like a bigger tractor.

Downside is that is costs more. I love mine though. I've already put 35 hours on it in just a little under 4 weeks.

What size of box blade can it handle?
I'm running a 60" with no problems. However, I think a 72" would be too big.

I will say that in wet ground I'm maxing out with a 60 inch. I avoid wet ground/gravel and wait for everything to be moist instead. A little drainage makes a huge difference.

I have a b2650 and can not believe how strong it is for it's size. I used a 6 foot disc behind it this week and couldn't believe it handled it. I would definitely pay the extra money for it over a 2620. I have a 60mmm and it would handle a 72 just fine. It is a little work horse
