I have been somewhat disappointed with the lifting capacity of my B2601. Finally measured the pressure and verified all loader ports maxed out at 1700psi. Should I take it back to dealer or install shims myself.

I was hoping to see improvement after the 50hr service last fall and did not see any improvement. Tractor now has 77hrs.

Get the WSM and do the shims yourself. ;)

Yes I have the manual, I was just concerned that there was possibly a larger issue causing the low pressure. Thanks for the reply, I appreciate everything you do here. Havent had to post many questions here because I can usually find the answers in other threads.

Pull the relief valve spring out and inspect that first, if it looks good then just and a small shim, if you don't see a rise in pressure, then something else is amiss, check back then for more info or another direction to look. ;)
