New to the forum here but in my search for a compact tractor I have read alot of informative answers on here.
Yesterday we started paperwork on a b2601 with loader, cab and three point blower with hydraulic rotate and electric deflector. My question is that with an original equipment Dynamo (I have seen on here threads about alternator upgrades) have enough power for lights on tractor, led lights on cab, actuator on blower and heater blower in cab? Granted the deflector is not running all the time but I am still curious what everyones thoughts might be.
Also was thinking of making a belly blade of some sort if anyone had any ideas on that also.

Thanks

Info seems sparse on the B2601 electrical specs.
The only reference I found was a review type document that said the b2601 has a 40 amp alternator. Is it possible the cab model comes with an upgraded alternator compared to a lower capacity dynamo on a open station tractor?

As far as charging amps, my L4060 cab came with a 60a alternator, the optional 90a available for quite a chunk of change. I run the OEM lights, flashers, and (4) 55w LED work lights without issue. The rear window defrosters push things real close to the limit, and are a real load on the electrical system.

If I remember correctly (because it was a long time ago), the B7100 I owned had a permanent magnet dynamo and it put out about 6 amps which was enough to run the hood lights and the fuel cutoff solenoid but not much else.

The dynamo's make about as much power as a riding lawnmower engine does.

One PDF file that I down loaded from Kubota says that it is 14.5 amps. Just not sure if that is enough. Thanks for your response.
