B2400 no hydraulics to loader or 3pt

Started up the beast this morning and let it warm up it was -18c. Usualy good to go after about 10 minutes but now no hydraulics to loader or 3pt. Hydrostatic good, lots of fluid, no leaks, any sugestions please.

Could be water frozen in the filter?
Pull and check.
