B2400 hst 4x4 oil leak

hey guys and gals

iam new to this form not sure how it works so iam just goen to put it out there i have a b2400 hst thats developed and oil leak in front transmission shaft seaL want to know if anyone has had this happen and how they took care of it , love tractors hate oil leaKS THX MIKE

Mine "weeps" a bit, age and seals don't go together. The only way to repair is to split the tractor and pull the shaft, replace the seals. Big job that I am not ready to do yet. the leak isn't bad enough for me to want to do that repair.

Mine also leaks at the front axle pivot seal, I keep it topped off and put a piece of cardboard under it where it sits, again, not a heavy leak, but it drops.

I understand the dislike of oil leaks, but the time and labor required out weighs the dislike at this time. ( the seals aren't really all that expensive )
