Anyone with any tips would be greatly appreciate I can't seem to find a solution elsewhere so here I am!

1993 B2150 HST in good condition, maintained, and functional. Oil and filter changes on time and kept up with. Most recent oil and transmission fluid change was this fall.

Short of it: Bucket wont lift except incrementally when joystick is pumped.

Longer version: I use the bucket to lift heavy logs regularly and have been using a box blade on the back as a ballast. With our first real snow here in SE Michigan I changed the rear box blade for a slightly lighter blade. In that process and operation of the tractor (never turned it off) there were no issues lifting the bucket on the tractor. At next start up the bucket would not lift. I messed with all the hydraulic couplings and see no visible leaks. One was rusty and a little rough, but no fluid is leaking. After adjusting the couplings the bucket did lift slightly better, but quickly reverted back to not. The bucket will lift slightly, essentially millimeter by millimeter if I wiggle the control stick up and down, up and down. When pushing down the bucket can lift the front tires, and can also tilt and do everything else. Just not lift up unless pumped up and down and even then, only millimeters at a time.

I've lifted the rear implement to attempt to ballast it (not as heavy as when it was working though). I've changed the lines around, same problems. I've cleaned all the couplings with WD40. I've looked for bends or breaks or leaks, nothing I can find. Trying to think what to do next. Replace couplings? Replace filter (just changed in the fall)? Could I just take out the pressure release valve then reinsert it to see? How does one get air out of the lines? Anyways, where to next before I call in the big gun$ at the dealership?

Bad coupler or possibly a broken / damaged cylinder piston., swap lift lines for roll lines and see what you get?
