Hello All, I have a B2150. I want to add a 3 pt. hitch backhoe but, I'm not sure how to / where to, add hydraulic lines to feed the Woods BH6000.
Anyone?

I would highly suggest a subframe for your backhoe. You also had the option on the Woods backhoe for a reservoir and PTO pump.

I can't stress how much I agree with that statement. I own a B2150 with BH and subframe mount. You wouldn't believe how much damage I've repaired due to the BH on the subframe. And quite frankly the B2150 tail/axle casting aren't at all what I would call beefy to start with. Plus the 3 point limit (enforced by hydraulics) is around 1000 lbs, which tells you something very important right there. As questionable as a 3 point BH may be on various models, I think putting one on a B2150 is about the most likely to end in disaster. If I did, I would put the smallest one I could find on it. If it's marketed for a B7100 or less, or a BX, then you might get away with using it on a B2150...

Thank you Pat and Russ. I'll look into a Sub frame with a Aux. Pump and tank. The BH6000 is a very small unit. I'm looking for a simple use attachment. Electrical trenches, Brush Clean up, planting trees etc... My other thought was to just go for a Bigger machine with a hoe already mounted. Are you happy with the 2150?
Thanks Again,
Ken
